Where is Wilmington Dermatology Center located?

What are your hours of operation?
Our typical office hours are Monday-Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm, Friday: 8am – 12pm.
Do I need a referral to see a dermatologist?
In most cases, you do not need a referral to see a dermatologist. However, it’s always a good idea to check with your insurance provider first, as some plans may require one.
What services do you offer?
Wilmington Dermatology Center offers a comprehensive range of dermatological services, including medical dermatology and surgical dermatology for patients of all ages covering everything from acne, eczema, psoriasis to skin cancer screenings and everything in between. Wilmington Dermatology Center is also renowned for its MedSpa services and cosmetics including treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments for the face and body. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment using three convenient methods; either calling our office during normal business hours, through online request forms on our website, or the most popular option of texting our office during normal business hours.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring your insurance card, a list of any medications you are currently taking, and any relevant medical records. Arriving a few minutes early to complete new patient paperwork is also recommended. We recommend you bring your insurance card to every visit to make sure we have the latest version on file.
How can I request a prescription refill?
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. For extended cosmetic visits we require a deposit to hold your appointment that will be applied to your services. A fee may apply for no-shows or late cancellations. Do you offer financing options for cosmetic procedures?
Yes, we understand that cosmetic procedures can be an investment. We offer various financing options to help make treatments more accessible. Please inquire with our front desk for more information.
How do I access my patient portal?
Our patient portal allows you to securely access your medical records, communicate with our office, and manage appointments. You can access the patient portal directly here. Individuals should be able to reset their patient portal credentials direct. However if you need assistance with login credentials, please text our office during normal business hours or submit a contact form and our staff would be happy to assist.
Do you charge for Cosmetic Consults?
Cosmetic Consults are traditionally at no-cost at Wilmington Dermatology Center. Individuals requesting to discuss non-cosmetic medical topics such as Acne should schedule a regular medical appointment which would be billed through your insurance or self-pay. Individuals who plan to proceed with a cosmetic treatment may be required to pay a deposit to secure their future appointment depending on the treatment type or duration.
