How Do Jeuveau® Injections Work?
Prior to Treatment
Before your treatment, our doctors will consult with you to ensure you are a viable candidate. We’ll also create a personalized treatment plan so that you get the most out of your Jeuveau® injections. Prior to administering Jeuveau®, our team will apply a topical numbing cream to the area to minimize any discomfort.
During Treatment
During your treatment, your injector will map out the placement of Jeuveau®. Then, your specialist will gently administer the product to the desired area and wait to ensure that the product is working as intended. The process is comfortable and speedy — most patients are done within 30 minutes!
After Treatment & Results
After the process, you will want to avoid putting pressure on the area, such as facial massages or skincare, and avoid exercise. The results from Jeuveau® injections typically start to show within two to three days and typically last for several months.

What is the difference between Jeuveau® and Botox?
Overall Jeuveau® and BOTOX® are very similar. Both are a type of botulinum type A used to relax the muscles that cause frown lines. With that being said, Jeuveau®, like other botulinum toxin injectables, is also used to address other fine lines and wrinkles as well. Through experience our patients may find that they prefer one to the other for their desired outcomes.
What happens if I need more correction, or the injection didn’t quite work in an area?
