Dr. Rosalyn George, our board-certified dermatologist, founded Wilmington Dermatology Center with a clear vision for their team: to handpick a staff made up of highly qualified and skilled practitioners with a dedication to the results they can create for patients.

Today, our vision is upheld by some of the most experienced physician assistants, nurses, aestheticians, and clinical staff in all of North Carolina. Our goal is to offer the latest cosmetic treatments and cutting-edge technology: we have the training to provide these advanced solutions, and the compassion to get to know you and make sure our care is truly tailored to your goals and needs. Along with the rest of our experienced staff, Dr. George is a recognized Allergan national trainer for products like Botox and Fillers, which allows us to further elevate your experience at WDC.

Gavin Vincent, PA-C

Gavin Vincent, PA, earned his Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University. He previously practiced dermatology at Mountain State Medical Specialties in West Virginia and has a strong clinical interest in acne, rashes, comprehensive skin exams, and the early detection of skin cancer. Inspired in part by a personal family history of melanoma, Gavin is especially passionate about prevention and early diagnosis. He also offers cosmetic treatments including Botox and dermal fillers, with a focus on subtle, natural-looking results through injectables and customized skincare plans.

Fredrick K. Park, MD, FACS – Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Park received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his medical degree from University of Illinois. He completed a six-year post-graduate residency in general and plastic surgery at Loyola University Medical Center prior to moving to Rocky Mount, NC where he has been practicing since 1993.

Dr. Park works with Wilmington Dermatology Center to complete skin-related surgeries on Fridays, further improving the overall experience, compliance, and results for our patient’s requiring non-Mohs related surgeries. Dr. Park is board certified in the specialty of plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the leading organization of board-certified plastic surgeons specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery and the American College of Surgeons.

Nicole Cantrell, Medical Aesthetician

Nicole has extensive aesthetic experience in both dermatology and plastic surgery settings. She received her NC aesthetic license in 1998 and has participated in many advanced training courses over the duration of her aesthetic career.

She has extensive training in pharmaceutical grade chemical peels, Microblading, laser treatments, Microneedling, and Microdermabrasion devices. Nicole specializes in skin rejuvenation as well as skin pigmentation concerns and is dedicated to customizing skin care treatment plans for each individual. She also offers custom facials, dermablading, waxing, lash and brow tinting.

Hannah Ferree, Medical Aesthetician

Hannah attended Tricoci University of Beauty Culture to obtain her Esthetics license and continues to participate in extensive training with major pharma ceutical grade chemical peels, Diamond Glow Dermal Infusions, and medical grade product training from SkinMedica, SkinCeuticals, and Revision Skincare.

She specializes in s kin pigmentation concerns, acne treatments, aging concerns and dermablading. She enjoys getting to know everyone she works with and loves to assist each of them with their individual skin care goals.

Autumn Crawford, Medical Aesthetician

Autumn is an experienced licensed medical aesthetician with vast skincare knowledge. She has received advanced training in specialized treatments, including DiamondGlow dermal infusions, advanced chemical peel training, microneedling, microdermabrasion machines, and medical-grade product lines such as SkinCeuticals, Revision Skincare, and SkinMedica.

Autumn specializes in personalized skin revitalization and offers a comprehensive range of services, including customized facials, dermaplaning, lash lifts, waxing, and lash and brow tinting. She is passionate about building tailored skincare plans to help her patients achieve their individual skin health and aesthetic goals.
