Wilmington Dermatology Center Cosmetic Product Return Policy

At Wilmington Dermatology Center, we want you to be happy with the skincare products you purchase from our office. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please let us know. Our return policy is outlined below.

• Products that have been opened or have had the seal or protective wrap removed are not eligible for a full refund, as they can no longer be resold.
• Unopened products returned within 60 days of purchase (with the seal and packaging intact) are eligible for a full refund.
• If you experience an adverse reaction to a product within 60 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund or a credit to your account. An adverse reaction form must be completed and signed so we can document the reaction with the product manufacturer.
• If an adverse reaction occurs more than 60 days after purchase, the reaction will still be documented, and a credit may be issued toward an alternative product at the provider’s discretion.
• Products returned more than 60 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund unless the product has a manufacturer defect within its expiration date. A manufacturer’s defect includes issues such as a pump or dispenser that does not function properly, a defective applicator, or other packaging failures that prevent the product from being used as intended. It does not include dissatisfaction with the product or changes in consistency due to normal use or storage. In cases of a verified manufacturer defect, a replacement product or refund will be provided.

Omnilux LED Device Return Policy

Omnilux LED devices follow a separate return policy:

• Devices may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in good condition, and include the original packaging and all accessories.
• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
