📋 Important Update: New Medical Records System Beginning July 13
Please note that we will begin using a new medical records system on Monday, July 13.
We appreciate your patience during this transition, as we may need to collect your information again during the check-in process. As part of the new system, patients will complete check-in using iPads upon arrival.
To help make your visit as smooth as possible, we encourage you to complete any new patient paperwork ahead of time whenever possible and arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.
Please also note that records and notes from past appointments will remain accessible through your current patient portal. For all future appointments, you will be able to access a new patient portal that will be created once your information has been updated in our new system.
